摘  要:该文针对10kV三相异步电动机定子绕组局部放电指纹识别这一难题,结合现场故障调研与统计分析,通过对电机定子线圈进行单因子老化,利用自制宽度可调定子铁芯槽模型做地电极的故障模拟测试系统,阐述了槽放电、电晕放电和相间放电3种故障线圈局部放电指纹特征的提取方法,并在电磁屏蔽室提取出3种局部放电指纹特征。该成果已应用于某矿10kV电动机局部放电在线监测及故障诊断中,具有重要意义。To solve the problem that it is difficult to recognize the partial discharge (PD) pattern occurred in 10 kV three-phase asynchronous motors, the method of establishing three types of the partial discharge, including slot dis- charge, corona discharge at junction section of the semi-conductive tapes and the corona release tapes, and bar-to-bar discharge are given in this paper, via the practical investigation and statistical analysis. In addition, the discharge pat- terns (which include slot, bar-to-bar, and corona discharge) have been extracted and analyzed by the adoption of mock up core slot and signal aging experiment coils. The PD patterns in this research have been applied to the online moni- toring system of a 10 kV motor in the coal mine and have practical significance.
