摘 要:以硅藻土、丙烯酸、甲基纤维素以及相变储能材料为原料,通过反相悬浮法制备出一种新型调湿调温双功能硅藻土基复合材料.研究各种组分含量对其调湿调温性能的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和热重分析仪表征其结构和热稳定性能.研究结果表明:当丙烯酸、甲基纤维素、相变材料的含量分别为15%、30%、10%时,复合材料的调湿调温效果最好,其吸放湿率分别为125.7%和81.8%,且复合材料在300,℃以下具有良好的热稳定性.A novel diatomite-based humidity and temperature control materials were synthesised by inverse suspension using diatomite, acid, methyl cellulose and shape-stabilized phase change energy storage material as raw materials. The effects of various ingredients on humidity and temperature were analyzed. The thermal structures and the decomposition temperature of the samples were characterized using SEM, FTIR and TG,respectively.The results show that the effects of humidity and temperature control materials were best with 15%acrylic, 30%methyl cellulose and 10%energy storage phase change mate-rial, which the moisture absorption and desorption rate reach 125.7% and 81.8%, respectively. The thermal decomposition temperature of the product is about 300℃.
