摘　　要：协同创新模式下的高校人才管理问题已成为高校人才建设的重要问题.以天津绿色建筑协同创新中心为例,通过阐述协同创新模式下高校人才管理机制创新的必要性,结合协同创新模式,分析高校人才管理机制的现状与不足,基于协同创新模式设计高校人才管理机制,提出对策建议.Talents management mechanism of universities of the collaborative innovation model has become an important problem in talents cultivation in institutions of higher education. This study takes Tianjin Green Building Collaborative Innovation Center as a case study,exploring the necessity of talents management mechanism of universities of the collaborative innovation model, considering with the current situation and problems of college talents management mechanism under the background of collaborative innovation model,make a design and suggestion for the collaborative innovation model.
