蒙古族、汉族孕妇产前BMI对新生儿出生体重的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解锡林浩特地区蒙、汉族孕妇产前BMI的情况,并且探讨其对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法:以锡林郭勒盟妇幼保健院为调查点,以在该院住院待产的343例孕产妇作为调查对象,调查时间从孕产妇住院待产到分娩结束,期间完成问卷调查和体格指标测量等相关数据的收集。结果:(1)孕妇的产前BMI为(28.40±3.70),最小值为10.21,最大值为33.97;(2)新生儿出生体重为(3 413.5 831±445.703 4)g,最小值为2 150 g,最大值为5 100 g;(3)孕妇产前BMI与新生儿出生体重相关性系数r=0.302,P<0.001。结论:(1)锡林浩特地区蒙、汉族孕妇的产前BMI无统计学差异;(2)锡林浩特地区蒙、汉族新生儿的出生体重无统计学差异;(3)该地区孕妇产前BMI值越高,新生儿出生体重越大。Objective： To Understand the condition of maternal body mass index（ BMI） of Mongolian nationality and Han nationality before delivery in Xilinhot and discuss its effect on neonatal birth weight. Methods： 343 pregnant women who were going to give birth to a baby in Xilinhot Maternal and Child Service Center were surveyed from when they were hospitalized to the end of the delivery,during which the questionnaires were answered and data related with BMI were collected. Results：（ 1） The BMI in the pregnant women before delivery was（ 28. 40 ± 3. 70）,with the minimal value being 10. 21 and the maximal value being 33. 97.（2） The Birth weight was 3,413. 5831 ± 445. 703 4 g,with the minimal value being 2,150 g and the maximal value being 5,100 g.（ 3） The correlation coefficient between the BMI in the pregnant women before delivery and the neonatal birth weight was 0. 302（ r = 0. 302,P〈0. 001.） Conclusions：（ 1） There is no significant difference between BMI in pregnant women of Mongolian nationality and Han nationality.（ 2） There is no significant difference between the birth weight of Mongolian nationality and Han nationality.（ 3） The higher the BMI in the pregnant women before delivery,the larger the neonatal birth weight.
