2012年度赤峰市宁城县克山病病情调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解赤峰市宁城县克山病的流行现状,为赤峰市宁城县的克山病防治工作提供科学依据。方法:选择宁城县2个克山病病区的2个病区村,对2个村的全部居民进行病情监测。结果:2个村临床检查和心电图检查800人,心电图异常295人,异常率为36.9%,心电图异常表现有心律异常(占52%)、低电压(占5%),心脏轻度增大2例。结论:通过开展以硒防为中心的克山病综合防治措施,赤峰市宁城县的克山病得到了有效的预防,近年来病情处于稳定控制状态。建议在盐厂直接加硒,给克山病区提供硒盐预防克山病。Objective：To investigate the epidemic situation of Keshan disease in Ningcheng County of Chifeng so as to provide scientific basis for preventing Keshan disease in Ningcheng County, Chifeng city.Methods：Two villages of endemic Keshan disease were selected in Ningcheng County , and the disease condition of all the residents in the two villages was monitored .Results：800 people in the two villages received the clinical examination and ECG examination, and the abnormal rate of ECG examination was 36.9%（295/800）.Abnormal ECG manifestations involved ab-normal heart rhythm （52%）, low voltage （5%）, 2 cases of mild increase in heart.Conclusion：Through conducting selenium-centered compre-hensive prevention and control measures, Keshan disease in Ningcheng County of Chifeng city is efficiently prevented , with the disease condition under stable control in recent years.Adding selenium directly in the saltworks of Keshan disease area is recommended so as to provide selenium salt in Keshan disease area for prevention.
