早期应用弹力绷带对减少烧伤后增生性瘢痕作用的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期应用弹力绷带加压疗法结合外用硅酮胶与单用硅酮胶无加压两种疗法在预防和治疗烧伤后形成增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法:将2008年4月至2010年4月的Ⅱ°烧伤(包括深Ⅱ°及浅Ⅱ°烧伤)且无Ⅲ°烧伤无需手术的患者按意愿分为早期应用弹力绷带给予压力疗法组和无压力疗法组,创面愈合后随访1年以上,对比两组愈合后增生性瘢痕形成的情况。结果:早期应用弹力绷带给予压力疗法,能够有效减少烧伤后增生性瘢痕的形成。结论:早期应用弹力绷带对减少烧伤后增生性瘢痕有显著的疗效。Objective：To explore the curative effect of two kinds of therapies （ one is the elastic bandage compression therapy combined with the external use of silicone rubber and the other is the single use of silicone rubber without the compression therapy ） on the prevention and treat-ment of the formation of hyperplastic scar post burn .Methods：The patients undergoing the Ⅱ°burn （ including deep Ⅱ°and shallow Ⅱ°burn） but not Ⅲ°burn without the need for surgery from April 2008 to April 2008 were assigned into the compression therapy group （ the early application of elastic bandage to compression therapy ） and the non-compression therapy group as a result of patients＆#39;preference.The follow-up period was more than one year after wound healing, with the formation of hyperplastic scar after healing in the two groups compared .Results：The early applica-tion of elastic bandage to compression therapy can effectively reduce the formation of hyperplastic scar post burn .Conclusion：The early application of elastic bandage has a significant curative effect on reducing hyperplastic scar post burn .
