摘　　要：通过分析河北农村面源污染造成农村生态环境破坏的现状和治理困境,提出河北省应尽快提高农民意识、增强科技支撑、发挥政府主导作用以及完善配套机制等,以减少农村面源污染、保护农村生态环境。Through the analysis of the main sources of non-point source pollution and various factors each other causing the governance dilemma, it points out that Hebei province should start from these measures of improving the farmers’ awareness, enhancing the support of science and technology, exerting the government leading role and perfecting the system and related mechanism to effectively reduce the rural non-point source pollution, and protect rural ecological environment.
