摘　　要：在战术层面上,矿产资源政策参与宏观调控,需在各种不同层级的矿产资源战略的框架下,从矿产资源的生产、流通、消费、贸易等环节为矿产资源战略规划的实施制定行之有效的宏观调控方式和途径。具体包括:矿产品需求调控、矿产资源供给调控、矿产资源开发利用结构调控、矿产资源开发利用技术调控、矿产品国际贸易调控、矿产资源勘查投资调控、资源产业布局调控、矿产资源储备。为此,论文分而述之。The approaches of mineral resources policies involved in macroscopic readjustment and control include four aspects,such as the strategy level,the tactical level,the implementation level and the monitoring level. At the strategic level,mineral resources policies participate in macroscopic readjustment and control required effective macro-control methods and approaches for the implementation of strategic planning of mineral resources from production,circulation,consumption,trade,etc. Such as： demand control of mineral products,supply control of mineral resources,structural regulation of mineral resources exploitation and utilization,technical regulation of mineral resources exploitation and utilization,international trade regulation in mineral products,exploration investment regulation of mineral resources,regulation of industrial distribution,mineral resources reserves. Thus,the article gives a respectively discussion.
