摘　　要：船舶与钢结构企业在满足产品涂装质量的同时,要采取一些手段来减少涂料消耗,以节约成本。涂料限额控制是减少涂料消耗的一个手段,列出了涂料限额控制的步骤和几个注意点,对钢结构与造船企业具有较强的实用性。For the ship and steel structure enterprises, painting quality should be guaranted, and coatings dosage also should be reduced by some measures to save costs. The coatings limit control is a means of reducing the consumption of coatings. The steps of coatings limit control and several attention points were listed, which has a strong practicability for the steel structure and shipbuilding enterprises.
