摘　　要：梳理了涂料领域发明专利审查意见中常见的法条,针对具体法条给出了意见答复的建议,并给出了答复审查意见时的注意事项,旨在为申请人答复审查意见提供参考。The common laws in the review comments of invention patent in the field of coatings were reviewed.
