德国“工业4.0”战略对泉州制造转型升级的启示

摘　　要：在新一轮产业和科技革命孕育兴起之际,推动传统制造业的转型升级成为保持泉州制造稳定、持续发展的重要保障。因此,深入学习德国"工业4.0"战略的目的、内容和方法措施,分析其对泉州制造转型升级所带来的启示,并结合泉州制造当前的特征环境,研究从而给出"工业4.0"背景下的泉州制造转型升级的相关政策建议,是有重大意义的。As the global technological revolution and industrial revolution rise rapidly how to drive the traditional manufacturing transition to upgrade has become an important guarantee for the stable sustainable development of manufacturing in Quanzhou.For all this,the paper thoroughly studies the purpose,content and method of Industrie 4.0,and analyzes the inspiration on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in Quanzhou.Finally it presents the relevant policy recommendations based on the combining of these inspiration and the characteristics of manufacturing in Quanzhou.
