摘　　要：目的建立10%硫软膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法通过常规法与培养基稀释法进行平行试验得到最简单且合理的检查方法。结果通过常规法进行微生物限度检查成立。结论该方法可用于10%硫软膏微生物限度检查。Objective To establish a method of microbacterial limit test of 10%sulfur ointment.Methods Routine method and medi-um diluting method were for the verification of methodology in order to find out the most simple and reasonable detection method.Re-sults The microbacterial limit test was established the routine method.Conclusions The method can be used for the examination of microbacterial limit of 10%sulfur ointment.
