摘 要:目的从中药仙鹤草中提取鹤草酚,并对其初步分离纯化进行研究。方法采用超声波法对仙鹤草活性成分鹤草酚进行粗提,并依次用两相溶剂萃取法与酸碱分离法进行纯化。采用薄层层析法和紫外分光光度法对其纯度进行定性分析;用高效液相色谱对其进行含量测定。结果分离纯化的鹤草酚纯度达到65.09%。结论研究出了一条以仙鹤草为原料,经超声波提取,再经乙酸乙酯、碳酸钠、及氢氧化钠酸碱分离,纯化鹤草酚的新工艺路线。Objective To extract,separate and purify agrimophol from Chinese medicine Hairyvein Agrimonia Herb.Methods In the present study,a new method of microwave-assisted extraction ( MAE) was used to extract agrimophol from Hairyvein Agrimonia Herb. And then we purified agrimophol by biphase solvent extraction separation and acid-base isolation.In order to investigate the purity of agrimophol,qualitative analysis was performed by thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Quantitative analysis was performed by means of high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) .Results The purity of agrimophol was about 65.09%after purification.Conclusion A new process for purification of agrimophol has been developed by microwave-assisted extraction and acetic acid ethyl ester,sodium carbonate,sodium hydroxide isolation from Hairyvein Agrimonia Herb.
