摘　　要：目的采用阳离子交换色谱(IEC)分离测定L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺环合类有关物质。方法阳离子交换色谱柱,以0.000 5 mol·L-1硫酸溶液为流动相;检测波长:215 nm。结果样品中各成分的分离度及检测限完全满足有关物质的测定要求。结论阳离子交换色谱法用于本品环合类有关物质的测定专属性强,排除了非环合类有关物质的影响,更能反映药品有关物质的组成情况。Objective An IEC method was established for the separation of cyclization related compounds in L-Ala-L-Gln.Methods An SCX column was used and the 0.0005 mol· L^-1 H2 SO4 was used as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results Resolution and detectability of each constituent in sample satisfid the determined demand of related compounds.Conclusions The method of IEC is simple and specific,which excluded the influence of non-cyclization related compounds.
