摘　　要：肛瘘是常见的直肠肛管疾病之一,手术方式很多,而复杂性肛瘘没有标准的手术方式,传统手术存在肛门失禁及复发的问题,微创手术不损伤肛门外观和功能,将在很大程度上取代传统术式。该文就肛瘘手术治疗的研究进展作一综述。Anal fistula is a common anorectal disease .There were many surgical modes for it , but no golden standard treatment for complex anal fistula .Anal incontinence and recurrence are two important unsolved problems af-ter traditional surgery .Minimally invasive surgery does not damage the anus appearance and function , and will largely replace traditional surgery .We review the research progress of anal fistula surgery in this paper .
