泥水盾构施工泥膜成膜质量控制试验研究——以穿黄隧洞工程为例

摘　　要：在穿黄隧洞盾构施工过程中,基于泥水平衡盾构施工原理与穿黄工程的地层特性、地下水特点,针对泥浆配置与性能优化问题展开试验研究,提出了适于穿黄工程不同地质条件和地层特点的泥浆配置技术,为穿黄盾构掘进提供了性能优良、有针对性的泥浆配置方案。In-situ experiments are carried out in the slurry shield construction of the Yellow River Crossing Tunnel Pro -ject to investigate the configuration and performance optimization of the slurry, considering the principles of slurry bal-anced shield construction and the specific characteristics of the ground formations and the groundwater.Slurry configura-tion technology is then developed for different geological conditions and formation features.High-performance slurry con-figuration scheme is also proposed specifically for the slurry shield construction of the Yellow River Crossing Tunnel Pro -ject.
