摘　　要：依据南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程荆州段施工监理工作实例,分析了工程建设的主要任务、施工监理控制的主要职责、目标、措施、工程建设的关键点、重点等,使工程质量、进度、投资、安全的控制及合同、信息的管理处于可控状态,对工程监理工作提供了技术支撑,为同类型的施工监理提供借鉴作用。According to the engineering practice of the Water Diversion Works from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River of the Middle Route Project in the South-to-north Water Diversion Project, especially the supervision work in the Jinzhou Reach, several technical issues about the construction and supervision are analyzed, including the main tasks and key points of the engineering construction, and the primary responsibility, targets and measures of the supervision. The control of these key points can assure a satisfactory construction quality, progress, investment, safety control and the management of information and contracts.The study provides a useful reference for the supervision of similar construction projects.
