河车柴术汤联合西药治疗卵巢早衰临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察河车柴术汤联合西药治疗卵巢早衰患者的临床效果。方法 160例卵巢早衰患者随机分为两组。对照组仅采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用河车柴术汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,激素含量以及左、右卵巢体积、子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗后两组总有效率,FSH、LH、E2含量,子宫内膜厚度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论河车柴术汤结合西医治疗卵巢早衰安全性高、疗效显著,能够有效促进排卵、缓解临床症状。Abstracts：Objective To observe Chaichezizhu decoction combine with western medicine in treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods 160 cases of premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group only used western medicine,the treatment group used Chaichezizhu decoction combined with western medicine.Plasma FSH （follicle stimulating hormone）, LH （luteinizing hormone）, E2 （estradiol）, estrogen, and left right ovarian volume, uterine volume, endometrial thickness were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,there had statistical significance difference between two groups in total effective rate,levels of FSH, E2 and estrogen,also the left and right ovarian volume, uterine volume, endometrial thickness （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Chaichezizhu decoction combine with western medicine in treatment of premature ovarian failure is safety and has remarkable effect,it can effectively promote ovula-tion, relieve symptoms.
