气相色谱-质谱联用法测定洁尔阴洗液中蛇床子素的含量

摘　　要：目的使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,采用选择监测离子法测定洁尔阴洗液中蛇床子素的含量。方法 DB-5MS(30mm×0.32 mm×0.25μm)石英毛细管柱为色谱柱,大黄酚为内标,样品经过乙酸乙酯直接提取,选择离子监测法定量分析,监测离子为m/z=244。结果蛇床子素在1-100μg/m L(r=0.9986)范围内线性良好;平均回收率为98.3%,检测限为1.0 ng/m L。结论本方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠,可以用于洁尔阴洗液中蛇床子素含量的测定。Abstracts：Objective To develop a new method of GC -MS assay for the determination of osthole in Jieeryin Lotion.Method Osthole was analyzed quantitatively on the DB -5MS quartz capillary chromatographic column by elective ion monitoring and selective ion was m/z =244.Chry-sophanol was an internal standard.The sample was extracted by ultrasound in acetic ether.Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 1 -100μg/mL（r =0.9986） for osthole.The average recovery was 98.3% and the detection limit was 1.0 ng/mL.Conclution The method is convenient, of good sensibility and accuracy, it can be used to determinate the content of osthole in Jieeryin Lotion.
