摘　　要：目的观察中医综合疗法治疗贝尔氏面瘫的临床疗效。方法 90例患者随机分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予针灸推拿结合通窍活血汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组面神经功能治疗后均有改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用针灸推拿结合通窍活血汤的方法可明显提高治疗贝尔氏面瘫的临床疗效。Abstracts：Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage as well as Tongqiaohuoxue decoction on pa-tients with Bell Palsy.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage as well as Tongqiaohuoxue decoction.Results After the treatment,the clinical ef-ficacy of treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.05）.Facial nerve function of the two groups were both improved,but the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Using the treatment of acupuncture and massage as well as＆nbsp;Tongqiaohuoxue decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of Bell Palsy obviously.
