中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全的疗效。方法 70例产后子宫复旧不全患者随机分为两组,对照组给予缩宫素20U加入250m L生理盐水中静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服益母生化复宫汤。治疗7d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组恶露异常、腹痛及子宫压痛的时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.001)。结论中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全效果甚佳。Abstracts：Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese -western therapy on postpartum subinvolution of uterus. Methods 70 cases of postpartum subinvolution of uterus were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given oxytocin 20U adding 250mL normal saline intravenously; the treatment group was given Yimushenghuafugong decoction based on control group.The effect was observed after treating for 7days.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）, the treatment group of lochia abnormalities, pain and uterine tenderness time was significantly shorter than that of controls （P 〈0. 001）.Conclusion Integrated Chinese -western therapy on postpartum subinvolution of uterus has good therapeutic effect.
