中西医结合治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的疗效。方法 100例复发性阿弗它溃疡随机分为两组。两组均给予西医的常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用中药汤剂,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛分数及愈合时间。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛分数低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡疗效良好。Abstracts：Objective To observe the efficacy of integrative Chinese -western medicine therapy on recurrent aphthous ulcers.Methods 100 cases of aphthous ulcers were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine, the treatment group treated with integrative Chinese -western medicine.The clinical effect,pain scores and healing time were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group（P 〈0.05）; the healing time was shorter in treatment group（P 〈0.01）; pain scores in treatment group was lower than that of control group（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Integrative Chinese -western medicine therapy on recurrent aphthous ulcers can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
