整体康复治疗颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察整体康复措施用于改善颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法 160例颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用整体康复治疗,对照组采用一般康复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;且治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后,治疗组在颈椎治疗评分上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体康复治疗措施对改善颈椎病患者的临床症状具有十分显著的效果。Abstracts：Objective To observe the clinical effect of the overall rehabilitation measures in cervical spondylosis.Methods 160 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group treated with overall rehabilitation measures and the control group treated with general rehabilitation measures, the therapeutic effect between two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（P 〈0.05）, after treatment for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months,the treatment group of cervical score were significantly better than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall rehabil-itation measures has very significantly effect on improving the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis.
