摘　　要：近两年,我国跨境电子商务步入了发展快车道,成为扩大外贸进出口的新增长点,为企业打造国际品牌提供了新机会,促进产业结构的升级换代,为政府提升对外开放水平提供了新抓手。江苏跨境电商也不甘示弱,发展迅猛。但仍面临通关、退税不完善,跨境电商人才匮缺等问题。文中通过借鉴国内其他省份跨境电商的优秀做法,从政策、平台、人才、监管等方面提出了江苏省发展跨境电子商务的对策建议。The past two years,the development of cross -border e -commerce entered the fast lane,the expansion of foreign trade has become a new growth point for the enterprise to create an international brand offers a new opportunity to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,enhance foreign government provides a new level of openness grasps.Cross -border electricity supplier Jiangsu be outdone,is developing rapidly.But still faces clearance,tax imperfect,cross -border issues such as electricity providers talent scarcity.By drawing the cross -border electricity providers other provinces good practices,from a policy platform,personnel,regulatory and other aspects of cross -border e -commerce development in Jiangsu Province suggestions.
