云南省高速公路非接触IC卡用户使用意愿影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：纵观国内外,公路都是一个国家国民经济发展的血脉,而高速公路又是其中的主要"大动脉血管",高速公路的通畅已否直接影响整个国民经济是否能够健康快速地发展。但在国民经济快速发展的同时,又导致了车辆数量的剧增,因而对高速公路通畅程度的要求也在不断地提高。由于我国大多数高速公路的收费方式仍是采用人工半自动收费方式,不仅效率低,而且耗费大量人力、物力,特别是在交通高峰时期,收费站变成了高速公路的"瓶颈"。文中通过对云南地区高速公路非接触IC卡用户使用意愿影响因素的实证研究,针对目前云南省的实际情况,得出合理化的改革方案和建议,能大大提高高速公路收费站的工作效率,节省人力、财力,同时也能让该领域的研究更加深入化。Looking at domestic and international,the roads are national arteries for the development of national economy, highways are the main arteries,the smooth of the highways directly influence the whole economy which can development fast and healthy.But,at the same time,the rapid development of the national economy led to the dramatic increase in the number of vehicles,so the requirements of the highway smooth degree are improved constantly.In China,the charging method in most of the highway are still the manual semi -automatic,it not only has low efficiency,but also spend a lot of manpower,material resources, especially in the rush hour,toll stations became the bottlenecks of highways.This paper studies the user intention influence factors of the contactless IC card in Yunnan,in the light of the actual situation of our province at present,this paper give the reasonable reform proposals and suggestions,it can greatly improve the work efficiency of highways toll stations,save the manpower,financial resources,and also can make the research of this field more deeply.
