摘　　要：以英国约克大学2009—2019年发展规划为基础,分析了其发展规划四大目标,即追求卓越、加强国际化、提倡包容性及促进可持续发展,阐述了近年来约克大学采取的措施,以期能总结出对中国现阶段大学规划发展有益的启示。On the basis of the development plan 2009-2019 of University of York, the paper analyses the four aims of the plan, includi sustainability. With the further illustration ng of years, it is hoped that the paper might offer universities in our country. excellence, internationalization, inclusivity and the concrete measures of the university in recent useful implications for the development plan of universities in our country.
