都市农业背景下家庭农场的发展研究

摘　　要：都市农业背景下家庭农场具有广阔的发展前景,分为三种发展模式:专业生产型、多功能综合型和生态保护型。围绕家庭农场发展中面临土地、资金、人才、产品、社会化服务等主要问题,提出制定家庭农场发展规划,加快土地确权、促进土地流转,推进公司制登记注册、加强政府资金扶持、引入社会资本等建议。Under the background of urban agriculture, family farms had broad prospects for development, and were divided into three modes of the development of family farms： professional production type, multi-functional integrated type and ecological protection type. Around the main problems of land, capital, talen4 products, social services and others, it put forward the corresponding countermeasures： formttlated plans for the development of the family farm, sped up the land approval, promoted the land circulation, promoted the company registration, strengthened government funding support, and introduce the social capital.
