摘 要:建立球塞副偏心稳态运动的双边楔形缝隙流场数学模型,应用数值方法联合迭代求解雷诺方程和能量方程,利用求解出的压力场和温度场相互修正.在此基础上得到压差-剪切流动造成的黏度变化并运用于泄漏量特性计算.基于此得到球塞副在不同入口压力、不同工作转速、不同滑转率下的泄漏特性,并对压差和剪切导致的泄漏进行了区别分析.结果表明入口压力直接影响泄漏量,黏度变化导致泄漏量变化速率增加;运动引起的剪切产热导致泄漏增大,但在高压条件下所占比例减小;试验结果验证了计算结论,说明变黏度泄漏计算模型的准确性.A mathematical model of the flow field in bilateral wedge-shaped crevice was built for ball piston pair.Based on the results obtained by cooperative solving the Reynolds equation and the energy equation,the pressure field and the temperature field were modified by each other.The viscosity field in ball piston pair was applied in calculating the characteristics of leakage,including the properties under different inlet pressure,speed and slip rate.The leakage caused by pressure drop and shear was differentiated.The simulation results show that the leakage increases with the inlet pressure,and the viscosity variety causes the raises of the leakage rate.The leakage caused by shear heating increases,but it is not significant under high pressure.The test results verify the simulation model.
