摘  要:为了合理评价植酸酶微生物肥料的肥料效应,选取黄瓜、豆角、菜瓜为栽培蔬菜,对其施加不同剂量的植酸酶微生物肥料,观测蔬菜的生长情况和叶绿素含量.结果显示:施用植酸酶微生物肥料后,3种蔬菜均比对照组生长快,豆角和菜瓜的叶绿素含量有显著提高,菜瓜植株的最大叶片直径也明显增加,施用的肥料剂量越大,促进效果越显著;活菌肥料与灭活肥料相比,前者对蔬菜生长的促进作用更为显著.种植前茬蔬菜的土壤中施用植酸酶微生物肥料以后,对后茬蔬菜同样具有肥料效应.这些结果表明:植酸酶微生物肥料中分泌植酸酶的微生物在发挥肥效方面起主要作用,并且可以在土壤中定殖,长期发挥肥料效应.To evaluate reasonably the effect of phytase-microbial fertilizer, cucumber, snap bean and snake melon cultivat- ed in the field were fertilized with different dose of phytase-microbial fertilizer. The growth state and the chlorophyll content of the three kinds of vegetable were measured. The results were as follows : fertilized with phytase-microbial fertilizer, the three kinds of vegetable grew faster than the control. The chlorophyll content of snap bean and snake melon, and the diameter of the biggest leaf of snake melon also increased significantly. With the increase of the dose of phytase-microbial fertilizer, the pro- moting effects were more remarkable. Compared with sterile fertilizer, the phytase-microbial fertilizer had better effects on the growth of vegetables. The phytase-microbial fertilizer applied in the preceding vegetables can also promote the growth of after culture vegetables. All these results showed that the microorganisms which can excrete phytase were the most effective factors in phytase-microbial fertilizer. These microorganisms can reproduce in soil and make the phytase-microbial fertilizer being ef- fective in long time.
