摘　　要：基于三维GIS平台软件(Alatu Earth),给出了一个二三维一体化的三维地理信息服务平台建设方案。利用三维仿真技术建设地下管线、地形地貌、地上建筑等三维仿真模型,通过三维地理信息服务平台集成以管线为主的全方位地上地下空间三维模型数据,实现化工园区的科学化、精细化管理。Base on the three-dimensional GIS software AlatuEarth,it gives a two dimensional integrated three-di-mensional geographic information service platform construction plan. First the three-dimensional simulation model is build for underground pipelines,topography and surrounding buildings,and then Integration with the full range of ground-based pipeline underground space 3D model data through three-dimensional geographic information service platform,a-chieve scientific and meticulous management chemical park.
