摘　　要：自航半潜船承运特种货物的种类不断增多，营运目的地也不断增加，因此，运输货物的多样化和各地港口货物装卸方式对船舶性能提出了更高的要求。将已营运的固定式浮箱半潜船通过固定式尾浮箱改为可移动式尾浮箱是船东解决这一矛盾、扩大可营运货物范围的迫切选择。详细介绍了将营运船舶固定式尾浮箱改为移动式的工程方案设计与工程施工要点。Self-propelled semi-submersible vessels were carrying more types of cargo, with an increasing number of destinations. The diversity of cargo and cargo handling methods on port put forward higher requirement on the ship design. Conversion on a semi-submersible vessel could be one of the solutions. The stern floating tank was changed from stationary to movable, which helped the vessel to carry more types of cargo. This paper introduced details and key points of the conversion.
