摘　　要：就目前现役军事信息系统应用向国产基础软件平台迁移面临的技术问题进行分析，研究基础软件平台异构为上层应用的迁移带来的影响，形成一套支持军事信息系统国产化迁移的软件开发方法、迁移策略和迁移实施方法。This paper analyzes the technical problems in transferring military information systems to cto- mestic software platform. It studies the influences of isomerous system software platform on transferring upper-layer applications, and proposes a series of methods of software development, transferring policies and implementation directories that support transferring.
