摘　　要：在元数据、资源目录、数据搜索等技术的基础上，引入了语义WEB技术和分布式计算技术，提出网络环境下基于语义的跨域数据共享技术的总体构想和体系结构。通过基于语义的元数据管理技术、面向语义的分布式资源目录服务技术和面向语义的分布式数据搜索发现等关键技术，为实现跨域共享数据资源的无缝访问和透明共享提供技术解决途径，这将有效提升数据资源的可理解、可访问、可发现能力，使得网络环境下，信息资源能够发挥高效的应用效能。In this paper, based on the technologies of metadata, catalog, searching engine and so on, we introduce the technologies of semantic WEB and distributed computation, put forward the architecture of data sharing across domains based on semantic under network environment. Crucial technologies like meta- data management based on semantics, distributed resource catalog service faced to semantics, distributed data discovering faced to semantics provide seamless accessing and transparent sharing data. Through these technologies, we could effectively improve the understandability, visibility and accessibility of dis- tributed data, and bring information resources into highly effective application.
