摘 要:为了实现对库存的合理化管理,讨论了层次分析法和备品备件分类法在大型风电场库存管理过程中的应用。利用层次分析法构建备品备件分类层次结构模型,并通过计算得出备品备件在风机正常运行过程中所占的权重,并将计算出来的结果从高到低排序。最后,结合ABC分类法和3A分类法,提出一种新的符合风电场备品备件特点的AB2C分类方法,即将备品备件分为A、B1、B2、C等4类,分别提出了每一类备品备件的库存控制策略。In order to realize the reasonable management of inventory during the operation maintenance process in large-scale wind farms,corresponding applications about analytic hierarchy process and classification method of spare parts were discussed in this paper.Analytic hierarchy process was used to build the classification hierarchy model of spare parts.Then,the weight of each spare part in the normal operation of wind turbine was calculated and the results were listed from high to low.In addition,combining ABC classification method with 3Ataxonomy,AB2 Cclassification method suitable for the characteristics of wind farm spare parts was proposed.All the spare parts were divide into four type,A,B1,B2 and C,and related inventory management strategy was proposed respectively.
