摘　　要：脊髓损伤患者肺功能的特点表现为肺功能相关参数改变,气体交换效率下降,体位影响增加,最大吸气和呼气压下降,咳嗽、气道阻塞等。改善肺功能的方法包括起搏治疗、运动训练和药物。The characteristics of patients with spinal cord injury are shown as： disorder of the lung function and gas exchange, influence of body position, maximum inspiratory and expiratory pressure decreased, cough, airway obstruction, ect. The management of lung function currently include exercise, pacing therapy and medicine
