摘　　要：本文首先介绍了Smith-Waterman算法的特点，分析了该算法的并行性，并以CUDASW＋＋为例分析了算法对众核系统的适用性，最后进行了SW算法在GodsonT系统结构上的并行性分析。This paper firstly introduces Smith-Waterman, then analyzes its parallelity and applicability in manycore system with the example of CUDASW＋＋. Finally, this paper provides the parallelity analysis of Smith-Waterman in GodsonT system.
