摘　　要：随着我国经济全球化步伐的加快,金融发展和创新的速度也在加快,金融服务日益复杂多样,也对税收提出了更复杂、更艰巨的技术和制度设计要求。深化金融税制改革,已成为当前金融领域创新改革的迫切要求,这也是促进上海自贸试验区发展亟待解决的重要问题。With the accelerated pace of the globalization of China＇s economy, financial development, innovation, globalization have also been accelerated, financial services are increasingly complex and diverse, which also raise taxes more complex and demanding technology and system design requirements. Deepening financial tax system reform has become an urgent requirement for financial innovation and reform, which is also an important problem to be solved for the development of China （Shanghai） PFTZ.
