摘  要:对一台100,MW四角切圆燃煤锅炉燃烧煤粉和掺烧污泥时,进行炉内流动、燃烧和污染物排放等研究,并开展了现场掺烧试验.在污泥含水率为56%、掺烧配比(质量分数)小于10%的情况下,模拟结果与现场试验数据相一致,炉膛整体温度水平较燃烧单煤有所降低,总燃尽率降低,飞灰含碳量增加,NOx排放上升,但差别均较小,煤泥掺烧对锅炉的正常运行影响较小,表明实际掺烧较低配比污泥是可行的.进一步研究不同含水率和高配比污泥掺烧对锅炉燃烧特性和污染物排放特性的影响.研究表明,在相同掺烧配比情况下,降低污泥含水率,NOx排放有所增加,但总体上有利于改善锅炉燃烧特性;增加污泥掺烧配比至小于20%时,锅炉燃烧特性与污染物NOx排放特性与单煤燃烧差异较小;当污泥掺烧配比大于20%时,污泥的燃烧特性显著影响整体燃料特性,锅炉燃烧效果变差,NOx排放大幅度上升,表明在实际锅炉掺烧大配比(超过20%)污泥的过程中,可能需要采取措施,控制锅炉燃烧效果与污染物的排放.增加燃尽风比例或减少二次风量均能有效降低NOx的排放.实际掺烧过程中,应密切观察炉膛及受热面结渣和积灰情况.Field test and numerical simulation were carried out to evaluate the characteristics of co-combustion coal and sludge in a 100,MW tangentially fired utility boiler,and the characteristics of flow,combustion and NOx emissions were studied. The simulation results were consistent with the experimental data when the sludge moisture content was 56% and the blending mass fraction of sluage was less than 10%.The furnace temperature of co-combustion was lower than that of coal combustion,the total burnout rate fell,and the fly ash carbon content and NOx emissions increased,but the differences were small,which indicate that co-combustion with low mass fraction of sludge had little effect on the boiler. Further researches were conducted to study the influence of moisture content and high blending mass fraction of sludge on combustion characteristics and NOx emissions. Results show that the decrease of sludge moisture content with the same blending mass fraction was helpful to improve the boiler combustion characteristics,although NOx emissions increased a little;Increasing the blending mass fraction of sludge but keeping it lower than 20% had little influence on combustion characteristics and NOx emissions of the boiler;but when the blending massfraction of sludge was greater than 20%,sludge combustion characteristics significantly influenced mixed-fuel properties,the firing effect of the boiler went worse,and NOx emissions increased by a large scale,which indicate that when the boiler combined firing with high blending mass fraction of sludge(over 20%),some measures should be taken to control the firing effect and NOx emissions. Increasing over fire air ratio or decreasing the total second air could reduce NOx emissions. More attention should be paid to slag-bonding in the furnace in practice.
