摘  要:介绍了陕西龙门煤化工有限责任公司生产中采用的HPF法脱硫工艺,结合生产实际,分析了预冷塔煤气出口温度和脱硫液温度、液气比、脱硫液中氨含量等因素对脱硫效果的影响。通过对关键工艺指标的控制和采取优化措施后,脱硫效率基本能够保持在98%以上,在实际生产负荷下,经脱硫后的焦炉煤气中H2S质量浓度能够稳定在50 mg/m3以下,达到了冶炼优质钢对焦炉煤气的要求。The HPF desulfurization process adopted by Shaanxi Longmen Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. The effects of the precooling tower outlet temperature, doctor solution temperature, liquid-gas ratio, ammonia content in the doctor solution etc. on the desulfurization efficiency were analyzed based on the operation practice of the plant. The desulfurization efficiency could stay above 98% by proper control and optimization of the key technological indexes. During practical operation, the H2S content in the COG after desulfurization was constantly below 50 mg/m^3, meeting the coke oven gas requirement called for by high-quality steel making. That was a significant reference to all the domestic coke making enterprises adopting the HPF desulfurization process.
