摘　　要：集成电路是工业化国家的重要基础产业之一,是当代信息技术产业的核心部件,同时也是制约工业现代化和信息技术发展的重要因素,发达国家把集成电路定义为战略产业。本文通过对江苏集成电路产业发展现状、面临的机遇和挑战进行分析研究,得出加速江苏集成电路产业发展的对策建议。The integrated circuit is one of the im- portant basic industries in industrialized countries, is the core part of contemporary information technolo- gy industry, also is an important factor of restricting the modernization of industry and information technol- ogy development, the developed countries take the in- tegrated circuit is defined as a strategic industry. In this paper, the development status of Jiangsu inte- grated circuit industry opportunities and challenges that were analyzed, countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of Jiangsu integrated cir- cuit industry.
