摘  要:目的通过在阿维菌素B1a发酵培养基中添加KCl和棉籽饼粉,应用SPSS统计方法,分析检测阿维菌素B1a产量,获得KCl和棉籽饼粉的最佳添加量。方法选取本实验室保存阿维菌素生产菌株,经统计学方法理性设计实验方案,在发酵培养基中添加KCl和棉籽饼粉,以甲醇提取、HPLC快速检测方法检测阿维菌素B1a产量,运用SPSS方差分析软件分析处理所得实验数据。结果当KCl的添加量为0.04%,棉籽饼粉的添加量为4%时,阿维菌素B1a产量最高。结论运用SPSS方差分析可以快速高效的辅助阿维菌素B1a发酵培养基优化,为理性设计实验提高阿维菌素中有用组分B1a的产量提供了理论基础。Objective To Study the optimization of avermenctin B 1 a fermentation medium by changing the additive amounts of KCl and cottonseed cake powder, the application of statistical software SPSS on analysis and the detection of abamectin B 1 a yield to achieve the expected additive amount of KCl and cottonseed cake powder. Methods To select the avermectin producing strains preserved in our laboratory and adopt the methods of rational design of adding KCl and cottonseed cake powder in the fermentation medium by Statistics. The production of abamectin B 1 a which was extracted by methanol was rapidly detected with HPLC. Finally, all the data were processed by means of variance analysis software SPSS. Results The highest fermentation titer reached with the 0.04% KCl and 4% cottonseed cake powder added respectively. Conclusion SPSS in ANOVA was a competent assistant recommended on optimization of averrnenctin B 1 a fermentation medium. And this experiment provided the theoretical basis for the rational design of experiment to improve the useful content component B 1a of avermectins.
