摘  要:以扁长型铝型材为研究对象,运用Hyper Xtrude有限元软件对其挤压过程进行稳态模拟,获得了金属流动的速度场和变形场。分析了挤压过程中型材出口处金属流速不均匀、型材变形较大的原因并改进初始模具结构。在下模具中,对应于型材壁厚较大的区域增加阻流块,降低了型材流速较快部位的流动速度,使得整体的金属流速更为均匀;通过调整分流孔大小平衡了型材各个部分的供料情况,有效解决了挤压过程中金属分布不均匀的问题。改进后的模具模拟结果符合实际生产要求,流速均方差减少了70.2%。By means of the FEM software HyperXtrude, steady-state simulation analysis on the extrusion process of prolate aluminum pro- file was conducted, the velocity field and the deformation field of metal flow were acquired. The reasons of non-uniform velocity and larger deformation at the exit of profile were analyzed, and the initial die structure was improved. Restrictive blocking was applied in the thick area part of the profile to slow down the flow velocity and to make flow velocity of whole body more uniform. The feeding in each part of the profile was balanced by adjusting the sizes of the portholes, and the problem of the non-uniform distribution of the metal in the extrusion process was solved effectively. The results of simulation for the improved die are in accordance with the practical production requirements with SDV decreased by 70. 2%.
