摘  要:为了织出三维正交完全交织的织物,在三维正交织机的开口机构中采用了双向开口即双向综框。介绍双向综框的工作原理,根据传统综框在Pro/E中建立模型,利用ANSYS/Workbench14.5进行模态分析,并选取碳纤维复合材料和铝合金作为综框的材料,得到相应的固有频率和振型。通过分析比较两种材料综框的动态特性,为双向综框的设计提供理论依据。To weave a fully three-dimensional orthogonal woven fabric , the dual-direction heald frames are used in a dual-direction shedding mechanism of three-dimensional orthogonal loom .The working principle of a dual-direction heald frame was described and the model of dual-direction heald frame was created in Pro/E software on the basis of traditional heald frame .The carbon fiber composite and aluminum alloy were selected as the heald frame materials .ANSYS Workbench 14 .5 was used to do modal analysis and corresponding natural frequencies and mode shapes were obtained .Dynamic properties of composite heald frame and aluminum alloy one were analyzed and compared , which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of a dual-direction heald frames .
