摘  要:研究磷石膏加热煅烧过程的温度、煅烧时间和原料粒径对磷石膏中水溶性磷、氟含量变化的影响,对比煅烧前后水溶性磷、氟的含量变化并初步分析其热过程机理。结果显示,高温煅烧能有效去除或转化磷石膏中的磷和氟。在450℃、750℃下能有效降低水溶性磷、氟的含量,挥发性氟含量随温度的升高而增大。煅烧时间对磷的去除影响不大,但对挥发性氟有较大影响,尤其对粒径的影响比较明显,当粒径在500~800目之间时,水溶性磷、氟的去除效果最好。The paper researches on the effect of the temperature, time and particle size on the soluble phosphorus and soluble fluorine content in the phosphogypsum through calcination. Analyze the different impacts of different factors had on the content changes of phosphorus and fluorine by comparing the content before and after calcination and tentative analyzing the mechanism of thermal process. The results of experiments show that high temperature calcination can effectively remove or translate the soluble phosphorus and fluorine in the phosphogypsum. Respectively at 450℃, 750℃, calcination can effectively reduce the content of soluble phosphorus and fluorine while the content of volatile fluorine increased along with the increase of temperature. The heating time has little effect on the removal of phosphorus but have greater effect on the volatile fluoride. The influence of particle size is obvious and when the particle size is in the range of 800-500 mesh the removal of the soluble phosphorus and soluble fluorine has the best efficiency.
