气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中三种烷氧基乙醇类化合物

摘  要:用活性炭管采集工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇和2-丁氧基乙醇,蒸馏水和二硫化碳两相解吸活性炭,毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱的测定方法,依据《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质的测定方法》进行试验。检测结果表明:2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇和2-丁氧基乙醇的线性关系较好,相关系数都大于0.999;方法的重现性好,2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇和2-丁氧基乙醇解吸效率分别为96.7%、99.7%和99.3%,各项结果都符合标准方法性能指标要求。A method was developed for capillary column gas chromatography that determined 2-methoxyethanol, 2-ethoxyethanol and 2-butoxyethanol in the air of workplace. They were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with distilled water and carbon disulfide. The method based on Guide for establishing occupational health standards-Part 4: Demination methods of air chemicals in workplace. The results of the determination show that a good linear relationship in the method prescribed concentration range,with the correlation coefficient all being r 〉 0.999 and good reproducibility. Desorption rates of 2-methoxyethanol, 2-ethoxyethanol and 2-butoxyethanol were 96.7%, 99.7% and 99.3%. All results are in line with the performance requirements of the standard method.
