摘　　要：以百瑞景中央生活区403会所屋架改造工程为例,对混凝土屋架现有承载力判断的两种近似方法进行了详细介绍,以更好地对混凝土屋架的现有承载力作出判断,同时为类似工程提供了参考借鉴。Taking Bairuijing central living community club No. 403 roof truss transformation engineering as an example, the paper specifically in- troduces current two similar eanerete roof truss bearing capacity identifieatian methods, in order to make better judgment to the existing bearing capacity of concrete roof, with a view to better provide some guidance for similar engineering.
