社区新型公共电子阅览室可持续发展研究——基于东莞地区读者调查的启示

摘　　要：2013年,东莞市以高分通过验收,成为国家首批公共文化服务体系示范区,创建了公共电子阅览室建设的"东莞模式"。2014年,东莞成为国家公共文化服务标准化试点城市。社区新型公共电子阅览室是基层公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。文章从东莞地区读者调查入手,分析当前社区电子阅览室运行的不足和原因,并由此提出实现社区新型公共电子阅览室可持续发展的现实对策。In 2013, Dongguan City became the first national demonstration area of public cultural service system to score through acceptance, creating the ＂Dongguan Mode＂ of the construction of public electronic reading room. New community public electronic reading room is an important part of grassroots public cultural service system. In this paper, based on a survey of users in Dongguan region, the author analyzes the current problems of community electronic reading room, and puts forward some feasible measures to realize the sustainable development of the new community of electronic reading room.
