摘　　要：为了更好地满足专家的知识需求,文章在知识服务理论与实践研究的基础上,提出了一种以预测判断专家知识需求为基础、保障专家赢得或保持学术竞争优势、辅助专家学术活动决策的面向专家的知识服务——专家知识服务的概念。阐述了专家知识服务的定义、特性和开展专家知识服务研究的必要性和必然性,提出了研究的整体框架,分析了研究的意义。To better meet the knowledge service demand from the experts, the author put forward a new type of knowledge service based on the theoretical and practical research in knowledge service to experts, integrating the predict judgment of their knowledge need, the winning of academic competition advantage, and the assistance in professional decision-making academic activities. The author also stated the definition and characteristics of knowledge service to experts, further more, the necessity, the inevitability, the overall research framework and the significance of expert knowledge service research were studied as well.
