BALIS馆际互借服务的可持续发展探讨——以中央财经大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：BALIS馆际互借服务自启动以来,得到了广大读者的认可,但是在发展过程中也不可避免地出现了一些问题。文章结合中央财经大学的服务实践,提出管理中心要做好制度规范、确保系统的稳定性和便捷性、免费服务持续等后盾保障,各成员馆在服务一线要提高处理速度、注重工作态度,促进BALIS馆际互借服务的可持续发展。BALLS （Beijing Academic Library System） interlibrary loan service has been running since 2007 and has made remarkable achievements. But there still exists some problems through the surveys and studies of BALLS interlibrary loan service in Central University of Finance and Economics. This article proposes that the scientific management system, standard retrieval network and being free, with the help of loan libraries nice attitude and the first time processing, will promote the sustainable development of BALLS interlibrary loan service.
