摘 要:以R14.5tex粘胶纱线为研究对象,探讨了纱线的拒水处理工艺,研究了由拒水处理后纱线所制针织物的拒水性能与热湿舒适性能。实验获得了优化的纱线拒水处理工艺参数:拒水剂HS1100处理液(浓度40g/L、pH值7、交联剂浓度8g/L),溶液温度40℃,处理时间40min,100℃烘干35min,浴比1∶20,轧液率65%~70%。拒水处理后所制针织物与水接触角为137.789°,具有良好的拒水耐久性及热湿舒适性。Taking the R14.5 fabric as studing object, water-repellent finishing process is discussed. The untreated and treated the same yarn reading knitted fabric of waterproof properties and hot wet comfort per- formance are studied. Optimized main process parameters are obtained by test: water-repellent HS1100 pro- cessing liquid (concentration of 40 g/L, pH= 7, crosslinking agent concentration 8 g/L), solution temperature 40℃, the processing time of 40 min, drying temperature 100 ℃ 35 min, bath ratio 1 : 20, mangle rate of 65% 70%. R14.5 viscose yarn as water-repellent finishing proces after the preparation of the knitted fabric with water contact angle is 137. 789 °, with good durability and thermal comfort. The research methods and conclu- sions can provide a reference for similar research and technology applications.
